I would like to start by saying that, overall, I had an excellent experience with this trip. The host was exceptionally kind, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. The vehicle was immaculate, exactly as described, and performed flawlessly. I truly appreciated the professionalism and care that went into the rental. The only issue was the pickup experience. I arrived at MSP Airport expecting to pick up the vehicle there, as indicated in my reservation. Instead, I learned that the car was located elsewhere. I asked if it could be brought to the airport, waited approximately 90 minutes for its arrival, and was charged additional fees for the delivery. I completely understand that logistical challenges can happen, but from a guest’s perspective, this was unexpected. Since my reservation specified pickup at MSP Airport, I believe those additional delivery costs should have been absorbed rather than passed on to me. I hope you will consider reimbursing those extra charges. Aside from this issue, everything else about the experience was outstanding, and I would gladly rent from this host again.

A basic ride, no frills. A last minute reservation as a previous one fell thru. Reasonably priced and host very accommodating and easy to get a host of. Will rent again if happened to be in town

The car is in great shape, runs well, was convenient to pick up, and the host could not have been better. He was responsive, dropped off the vehicle with water, and even got the vehicle from us at the departure section of the airport. So convenient, way better than getting a rental car from Avis, Enterprise, Alamo, any other big names, or a different Turo. At MSP the rental car centers are all either offsite or at Terminal 1 (most airlines operate out of Terminal 2). Renting this Lexus from Green is your best bet. He will make it easy.

This car is awesome! Really fun to drive and very clean for a 2016. Car has some minor issues but nothing drive line related. MPG is great since it is a hybrid. Grab this reservation before the price goes up.

Deke was great! This was my first Turo rental and he responded immediately when I had questions during pickup. He also responded quickly when I reached out throughout our trip. The Kia was perfect for our needs; lots of space and very clean. I highly recommend Deke as a host!! :-)

The host did everything he could to help facilitate a good trip. Had a couple hiccups but host did everything in their power to avoid inconveniencing us. Would rent again next time I'm in town.

Very clean and comfortable car, nice gas mileage, a very nice experience with pick up and drop off too. We were a family of five and the cargo space was very limited for our luggage, but we made it work! I’d rent this vehicle again.

What a flexible host! When our original flight was cancelled, Charlotte hand delivered the car right to us at a much later time. She was all smiles and not afraid to call us to help coordinate everything. The car was the perfect size for our needs and the trunk was far roomier than I thought it would be, which was amazing. The Black Ice little trees were a bit over powering, but we just stored them for the trip. Thought the charger would have been available, but it was not with the vehicle. I should have asked about it before the trip, but it was not a deal breaker... Hakuna Matata. The vehicle was still very fuel efficient. The vehicle was clean and comfortable. Thank you!
