The host made pickup smooth and easy. Booking with them is truly a luxury experience. I was welcomed with waters and even credited for my parking fee, which I thought was such a nice touch! Unfortunately, at the beginning of my trip, I lost my purse, which had my wallet and the rental car key in it. The host immediately helped resolve the situation by sending me a spare key through Uber Courier and even offered to come to my location if I needed help. I truly cannot thank them enough for how quickly and professionally they handled everything, especially during an already stressful situation. I greatly appreciated that they continued to check in on me afterward. Since I had also lost my ID, they reached out to make sure I would still be able to travel back home or if I would need to extend my rental. They even went out of their way to connect me with Uber Support so I could try to get images of the front and back of my ID. I genuinely cannot recommend this host enough! They went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, even when it had nothing to do with the rental itself. It's not often you come across people who are this kind and accommodating. I'm so grateful for all their help. This terrible experience was made so much easier because of them. 10/10 I would ONLY book with them again if I'm ever back in the area!
