Car was great. Just as pictured. Great condition. Communication, responsiveness and clear instructions were lacking. Instructions of how to get from the airport terminal to the park and ride parking garage we're not clear resulting in 25 minutes of backtracking through the airport to find the right shuttle. Instructions on return were not clear - parking garage indicated no overnight parking. When I messaged in the app and text to clarify since I intended to return overnight it took 6 hours to get any response and multiple more hours and frustrating confusing communication via text to get a clear response.
