Easy and good communication

The Nissan Pathfinder was very helpful to me while my personal vehicle was declared a total loss after someone hit me. I truly appreciated having reliable transportation during that time.
Ed’s communication was good. He was honest about the issues that existed with the vehicle and kept me informed.
However, it was frustrating that I had to take the vehicle to his mechanic twice for preexisting problems. I was limited on miles, so using my time and mileage to address those issues was inconvenient. I do wish there had been some consideration—such as additional miles or a small discount—since the repairs were for problems that were already there before I rented it. I found myself having to be very understanding throughout the process.
On a positive note, his mechanic was very kind and professional. I was impressed with his service and will actually be using him as my personal mechanic moving forward.
Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, but the back-and-forth trips to the mechanic added unnecessary stress during a time when I was already dealing with enough.
