I am leaving this review to document my experience.
The vehicle provided to me was not the same vehicle that was advertised in the listing. Upon pickup, I was given a different car than what was pictured and described. Additionally, the replacement vehicle appeared to have pre-existing maintenance concerns.
During my rental period, a tire failed while I was driving, which resulted in me being stranded on the side of the road. This created a significant safety issue and interrupted my travel plans. Based on the condition of the tire and surrounding circumstances, it appeared the issue was not caused by misuse during my rental period.
I relied on the expectation that the vehicle would be properly maintained and accurately represented. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I encourage the company to review its maintenance practices and listing accuracy policies to help prevent similar situations for future renters.
