Drop off lot was full. Being unfamiliar with the terminal I should have dropped off the passengers before returning the car. It would have been easier for my handicapped wife. But the car was nice even though it had 92000 miles it ran good with no issues. All n all it was a good experience and I will rent from you again.

Hello, if we had known your spouse has a disability, we would have gladly done even more to help😌We’re not sure why you said the parking lot was full, as we had already parked the car there. Although you called our phone at midnight, we still assisted you. We had already sent all the information and lock instructions through Turo, but you didn't look at these messages. Thank you for your feedback, and we hope you understand our side as well☺️🙏🏻

Would have been easier if this wasn’t our first Turo from MCO. Overall it went smoothly
No smoking allowed
Smoking in any Turo vehicle will result in a $150 fine
