While the car drove well, it had clear exterior damage. I was also disappointed to find a hidden $10 cleaning fee added after booking; this should be clearly stated in the description. Furthermore, if you charge a cleaning fee, the car should reflect it. The headlights were heavily fogged over, and cleaning them would go a long way in making the vehicle look presentable.
