The whole rental experience was fantastic. Picking up the 2019 Kia was simple and easy. No rental counter or paperwork. The vehicle itself is in great condition, very clean, nice smell and handled great. It is a very dependable vehicle on the highway and side streets. No shakes, rattles or rolls. Dropping it off was as simple as the pick up. This was the first time I tried this type of rental and will be a repeat customer for sure.
All the rental agencies at the airport had zero cars and cancelled my reservation on me. The car was fantastic and available quickly, will definitely rent here again!!!!
