Easy pick up and drop off and great communication

I had a great experience renting from John. My car unexpectedly needed repairs and several local car rental businesses were unavailable to accommodate a same day rental. With less than an hour’s notice John was able to get his vehicle ready for use. The experience was smooth and convenient and when my repairs were delayed John was gracious enough to accommodate not one, but two, extensions. I appreciated his communication and flexibility. Would definitely rent from John again in the future.
