The whole rental experience was fantastic. Picking up the 2019 Kia was simple and easy. No rental counter or paperwork. The vehicle itself is in great condition, very clean, nice smell and handled great. It is a very dependable vehicle on the highway and side streets. No shakes, rattles or rolls. Dropping it off was as simple as the pick up. This was the first time I tried this type of rental and will be a repeat customer for sure.

Kasey was very professional and extremely nice and accommodating. It was very easy to book and communication was amazing. Will definitely book with her again. Wish I didn’t have to cut my reservation short, which she was extremely understanding about.
