Vehicle looked and drove like a new car, I was surprised to see it had >75k miles. Mary was extremely responsive and even allowed me to flex my Pick up time on short notice. Her pick up and drop off requests were simple and very clear. Next time I need a car in the Indy area, I'm renting with her.

The vehicle was perfect size for our vacation and plenty of room. Tho for anyone taking more than 4 ppl or so may have to travel light. Only issue was the radio doesn't bluetooth connect but would Android play. But that could be a setting the owner has set for their reasonings. Would definitely rent again if I don't buy one first lol

OMG!!! This was the Best, Easiest & Smoothest car rental I have ever experienced. The Nissan Pathfinder was Amazing!!! When I opened the door, it was the most Beautiful, Immaculate, Luxurious & Cleanest vehicle I've ever rented. I could not believe I was going to spend the next week pretending to be a li'l Spoild, Rich Brat🤭 When I arrived, Milas (host) was outside, waiting to walk me through vehicle functions, handed me the keys & wished me the best of my vacation. The Smooth Feel of the Road, the Sound system playing Smooth Jazz was my Calgon. I felt as if I was Floating all week long. Milas was the most Gracious & Kind soul. Upon returning the car, my GPS disconnected about 25 minutes away from drop-off. I called Milas, he stayed on the phone with me & navigated us all the way back to him. If you're ever in Indianapolis, IN, Please Ruuuuun to this host & grab this Pathfinder or one of his other Beautiful vehicles. After returning home, I was searching Nissan Pathfinders but the Prices snatched me back into Reality😂 I will definitely use this host again & only this host. Thank you Milas for everything. The host was very nice and polite. He called to check in when I was running late for pickup. The process is easy and stress free. The car was clean and comfortable. It was good on gas just a little bit slow acceleration. I would definitely rent cars from him again.
This host should teach a Master Class in overall experience. The car was immaculately clean and ran well. The only indication it wasn’t brand new was the smudged D on the shift control. The host was friendly, communicated clearly, and provided an invaluable service. The welcome package was also extremely thoughtful and was a special touch that perfected the experience. Michael's Tesi Y is a great vehicle and was exactly what I needed for this last minute trip... Indy was extremely low on car stock and I was lucky enough to be able to find this Tesi before it was rented by another in need customer. It was super easy to book, super convenient pick-up in the airport's short/long term parking garage. Has good range on it to get me out to the boondocks of Indy for a few days and back and drop off was breezier than pick-up honestly.
