Great experience! The car was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Pickup and drop-off were both easy and hassle-free, and communication was great throughout the rental. The vehicle ran perfectly and made my trip much easier. I would definitely rent again and highly recommend!

Mergen is an outstanding and great host, getting the vehicle to me as well as returning the vehicle to him process was flawless, i was running late to the airport for return and as long as you communicate with him, all was well, the vehicle was well maintained and clean, this was my first time using turo and im glad i chose Mergen, ditch the rental cars (apparently there werent any available at all rental places upon arrival), if your in the Indy area, use Mergen! The best host by far!

The car was immaculate like it was just driven off the showroom floor. Enjoyed the little Ty like the charging cable and phone holder. The communication was very good and I loved the pickup and return process. I would highly recommend this host and will rent from him when we return to Indy.
