Host was easy to reach and is very communicable. My flight arrived earlier than expected and adjusting the pick up time was easy. The Rivian I rented was clean and problem free. I would definitely book again with Keith.
Awesome rental, was a last minute trip and was super happy to be able to rent this vehicle. Would absolutely do it again.
Car pick up was super simple and seamless. We just showed up at the airport and the car was ready to go. The guys were super helpful whenever we had questions during our reservation and they were really responsive. Overall 10 out of 10, if I fly into CVG again, I will be using Phantom rentals.
This was my family’s first Turo experience and we are definitely hooked. Pickup is so much easier than the traditional car rental chains. The explorer was perfect, clean and nice and roomy for my family of 4. Highly recommend!
Great trip! Car was exactly as advertised. Getting to the car and returning it was super easy! Would definitely rent from this host again:)
Zachary was a great host. The Bronco was the icing on the cake for our trip. Very Clean, Comfortable, and smooth fun ride. Will rent again!

Zach, as always is a great host. I recommend any of his vehicles. Great communication, great cars. I rent from him all the time.
Easy pickup and return instructions. Car was perfect for our trip. Good communication from the owner. A all around!
Host was very responsive and quick to answer questions. First time using Turo- so I was anxious about it. Great experience! Would absolutely rent from Gnath again.
The Tesla was not cheap but it was worth it. I'm so used to letting it drive that I was willing to spend the extra money. Service was good although it took me a while to get used to having to enter a pin to drive.
Christine had great communication with me during the whole trip. The vehicle was clean and ready. It was a fantastic option for our trip! I'll be looking for it on the next trip to Cincinnati.
Great communication, and a great car, had zero issues. Would absolutely rent from them again, and recommend them to others
booked this car for my football trip to Ohio, and the entire process was seamless. The car ran great, and everything went smoothly. My only issue was having to pay a $24 parking fee because the car was dropped off the day before my arrival. Other than that, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend it!
Quality was great. Needed a car fast as the airport was sold out at every rental car place. Quick and easy process
Car was efficient, clean and a overall good rental. Spoke with Zachary at length in pick up and had a good interaction with this company personally and through the app. Definitely recommend renting through Lanie and Zachary, they will take good care of you!
I have rented from Turo plenty of times and I must say that this is the best car I’ve used
