This was a last minute trip for skiing and between the shortage of cars and increased demand, there were simply no rental cars to be found. While there is great public transport in Steamboat, I really wanted to be fairly self reliant. Turo and Brittany made this a really seamless experience. It did seem a bit pricey, but without a fair comparison with a rental company (remember NO cars) I don't want to put too much emphasis on that. The directions for accessing and turning the car back in where clear and concise. Every thing was just as expected. I will be looking to Turo in the future for reliable transport options.

Our trip started with a 5-1/2hr delay departure from our home airport. John was very detailed in his instructions and very pleasant to work with. 5-star all the way. The suburban is brand new, in pristine condition, and well equipped for Steamboat driving conditions. It was in the airport parking lot when we arrived, stocked with bottled waters for all, hand sanitizer and carseats! The owner was easily accessible, very helpful and accommodating. I know the price is steep - but you get what you pay for. Excellent experience and will definitely rent again when we come back!

I had such a wonderful trip with this host! This was my first time ever using Turo. Ignacia was in constant touch to make sure my process went smoothly. Her 2021 RAV4 is a beautiful vehicle— extremely clean and reliable in the snow. I also appreciated that the car was red, because it was easier to find in the airport parking lot. If you are going to Steamboat Springs, I would highly recommend this host. They are completely trustworthy, easy to work with and super friendly!!

This was my first Turo and I was VERY impressed. Mae was so responsive and helpful. Her vehicle was very nice and exactly what we needed. We were not expecting heavy snow on our trip but ended up getting 8 inches. Our car didn’t have a brush or scraper and she came to bring us one. She also checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. The pickup and the drop off at the airport were very easy.

Car is great for every condition you may encounter in Steamboat. Super convenient pickup drop off experience at the airport. It’s a mountain car so may not be as clean as you could find elsewhere based on the condition but it is the car you need!
