Pickup was easy. Car drove fine. We were switched from 2019 to 2017 and finally to a 2013 navigator. Communication somewhat lacking on car seats leading up to trip but car had everything we needed on arrival.

Thanks for coming out to Colorado!! That truck was just inspected at the Ford dealer and tires measured out at 7/32nds and the tires were just installed about 6,000 miles ago. Just a basic all season tire but in great shape. Will probably install snow tires come winter time!!
Vehicle served our purposes perfectly. Host was very responsive. Would rent rent from them again. Highly recommended.
