Brent was very responsive and easy to work with, simple pickup/drop-off at the airport. The only reason I gave 4 stars was because the engine coolant light came on and when I looked under the hood it was below the “LOW” line, so I had to buy a jug to top it off. Brent reimbursed me and gave me a discount for future use, which I really appreciate. But a renter should not need to worry about vehicle maintenance, especially the type that could cause the car to overheat and breakdown or cause permanent engine damage. It all worked out, but I would recommend this car get a multi-point inspection and fluids are topped off before the next renter. There is an AirTag on the key fob, which made me uncomfortable about tracking my every move. Adding a disclaimer that the AirTag is on the key fob due to prior renters having lost the keys would be a nice heads up for future renters at least.

Pick up/drop off was easy, overall car was fine. Ran a bit rough from the start like it maybe needed an oil change, and it struggled at times with acceleration and power in general, but I might have just had different expectations on how I assumed it would run and drive up/down steep inclines as a Subaru; nevertheless, it got us where we needed to go and back without trouble!
