Very nice & accomodating. Have a thorough explanation of how to use the Tesla since it was my first time driving one. One point of critique moving would be having less car fresheners in the vehicle as the scent got too overwhelming for me, but the overall experience with Rosa & her husband was very pleasant.

Sam was very responsive, friendly, with an easy check-in and check out! The car was fresh and clean! The Evoque was a very smooth drive and comfortable to drive day and night. I enjoyed the fun feature of ambient lighting changing it daily. But the rear windshield was a bit smaller than I'm used to.
