Great car and a great owner! We absolutely loved the Tesla and its self-driving features. My family traveled all the way from Japan, and we really enjoyed having this car during our two weeks together. Five stars for the car and the owner! Unfortunately, my first experience with Turo itself was extremely disappointing. I had booked and paid a couple of thousand dollars for this trip months in advance because this was an important family gathering. Since it was my first time using Turo, I made the mistake of not uploading my driver’s license before the required deadline. As a result, Turo canceled my reservation with no refund. I immediately tried to resolve the situation and contacted Turo several times. I was ready to provide my driver’s license and keep the original reservation, but unfortunately Turo would not allow it. To avoid disrupting our family plans, I had to book the same car again and pay another couple of thousand dollars. So my experience is very mixed: 5 stars for the owner and the Tesla. The owner was excellent, and I would gladly rent from this owner again. 0 stars for Turo’s handling of the situation. Losing the entire amount over a first-time user’s mistake, even though I was trying to correct it immediately and still wanted to take the same trip, felt extremely unreasonable. Thank you again to the owner for helping make our family gathering a wonderful experience. I sincerely hope Turo will reconsider this policy and provide a more reasonable solution for customers who make an honest, correctable mistake—especially first-time users.
Conflicted on how to review. 5/5 because I think this is someone’s daily driver and I love seeing this app used correctly. If you care enough to continue reading just be aware this is a 11 year old car with over 130k miles on it. Dashboard lights have dimmed to the point they are only visible in complete darkness and the dashboard doesn’t show information so it’s impossible to count mileage (hoping the owner recognizes that because I have zero idea how much I drove). wear and tear is obviously there and the AC takes a second to start working but it gets there. Amenities include a used tooth brush, hemp wraps and magnum condoms (congrats) which is interesting but mechanically it’s clearly well maintained and runs beautifully for an older car. Overall definitely over priced and I could have rented something from somewhere else for the same amount and it would be 10 years newer but I split time between three cities (Portland is my permanent address) so I only drive rental cars and Portland is the only one my work doesn’t pay for so I like to use Turo to give my money directly to someone instead of a big business so I’m generally fine with an older car to help a real person :)
Excellent little car to explore all that PNW has! Had the best time, thank you for a dependable car for the trip!

The car was excellent! We drove quite a bit and didn’t have any issues at all. The instructions for finding the car were super easy to follow, and Roman was very responsive throughout the entire rental. The car was also great on gas—definitely a reliable and economical choice. When we’re back in the area, we’ll definitely look for Roman again to rent this car. Thank you so much!

Very easy car to drive with new tires and mileage. Turo gave me some trouble checking out but that's whatever. I would rent this car again.

Issa and Mini were phenomenal on our booking for my brothers wedding. They are awesome people to rent your next car for any event. Super grateful for them.
If you need a reliable, pristine vehicle, look no further. I rented this Toyota RAV4 for a business trip, and it exceeded my expectations. It drove incredibly smoothly, offered plenty of space, and was great on gas. What really stood out was the host—her communication was phenomenal. I arrived ahead of schedule, and she graciously let me take the car right after she finished detailing it. The vehicle was spotless and the hospitality was unmatched. Thank you for a great trip.

Everything was great good host. Good car no problems. Here would rent again five stars.
