Lori was kind, responsive, and flexible in letting me book the CX-5 on short notice. The car drove well overall, but there were a few things I wish had been disclosed beforehand. Pickup instructions were promised an hour before the trip but only arrived after I followed up a second time about 10 minutes before start time. The Sport button was broken and pushed into the console, a few center-console buttons were stuck down, and there was no Apple CarPlay/Android Auto. Despite these issues, I appreciated Lori’s flexibility and the rental worked well for my needs.
