Car was clean and in Great shape. Travel route mapping assistance was appreciated. There was a little confusion at pick up time due to a change of the pick up location at the airport, but when I reviewed the app, I was able to locate the car in the new location. A great trip all in all.!

Excellent rental experience from start to finish! The Tesla Model Y was in great condition, clean, and exactly as described. Everything went smoothly, and the entire process was easy and convenient. Artem and Roman were the best hosts. We were on our honeymoon and had originally rented another car through Turo, but it ended up overheating 4 hours into the trip and it had to be returned. We were able to rent this Jeep and pick it up within one hour of everything falling apart, and it truly saved our trip! Thank you so much for being such great and flexible hosts. His Mercedes is beautiful, and although I experienced a very minor issue with the car while on the trip (definitely NOT Artem’s fault) he sprung into action and made things right. Car was the perfect car for our trip! We drove around Portland and the Oregon Coast and we blended in. What’s more PNW than a Subaru Outback? I see exactly why Portland loves Subarus! Car was super comfy and practical, and the pick up and drop off process was very easy thanks to Johan and his team. Would absolutely rent this again next time I’m in PDX!
The rental was good. We ran into an issue at the end of the trip when returning the car. We circled around the long term parking for 40 minutes but couldn’t find a stall. It was completely full! We tried waiting for people walking out but…nothing. Up and down the levels several times. We asked the parking attendant and they said if there’s no long term we’ll have to park in short term. We felt bad but at this point we were going to miss our flight. After apologizing profusely and explaining to the owner, he still very mad and rude. I can understand his frustration but he didn’t understand that we truly looked and looked. I think he thought we just didn’t care and parked in short term. But all and all the rental was good, no other issues.
