The car was very comfortable and clean. It was conveniently located close to Portland International Airport. I have always driven Hondas and Toyotas and the drive and handling were similar and visibility was good which was important to me. Anne and Brian made everything easy and were very welcoming and gave me good information about things around Portland. It was my first time to rent with Turo. It gave me the chance to know which make and model car I was getting in advance unlike conventional rental companies which sometimes make a substitution. The gas mileage on the Subaru was better than was expected, the tires were new and everything on the car seemed well maintained. It had plenty of power for climbing into mountain areas. My only problem was in using the CarPlay/display system and I’m sure that it was inexperience on my part. It wasn’t that important to me to take the time to research how to use it. If I was returning to Portland again, I would be happy to rent from Anne and Brian.

The vehicle was exactly as described—clean, well-maintained, and ready to go upon pickup. Traveling through PDX was effortless thanks to Nancy’s organization and attention to detail. Pickup and drop-off instructions were straightforward, and she was available whenever questions came up. I would absolutely rent from Nancy again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, stress-free Turo experience in the Portland area.

This was great. Reserving through Turo was cheaper than the rental companies, and I got a hybrid. I drove nearly 1000 miles in the 5 days I had the vehicle and spent less than $100 on gas! Great experience - the car was in short-term parking and easy to find. I dropped it off in short-term, so we were closer to the terminal. The car was clean and full of gas, and the entire experience was faster, easier, and cheaper than one of the rental companies. Great car. Great value. Great Experience.

All parts of this rental were great. The vehicle was clean and ready to go. No issues for the trip. I struggled to find the right parking lot but once there, everything went as planned. The SUV was really roomy. It allowed me to take a group to a formal dinner event.

Ashley was a fantastic host. Great communication from the moment I booked, until drop-off. The only quirk was the check engine light came on and stayed on throughout my trip we had it checked and it was just a fluke. (It happens). The car handled well through mt. passes, down to the ocean and into the interior. I would absolutely rent from Ashley again.

5 stars. The vehicle was exactly as described, clean, and had no issues during my trip. Communication was good, and the overall rental process was smooth. My only criticism is the airport parking reimbursement policy. The host clearly communicated that reimbursement only covered the first hour after the scheduled pickup time, so there were no surprises. However, I paid $16 in airport parking and was reimbursed $12. In my experience with Turo airport pickups, other hosts have always reimbursed the full parking amount, even when travel delays or baggage claim issues caused pickup to occur later than expected. Aside from that, everything else about the rental experience was positive.

Great vehicle, clean, great for family travel. *Recommend remove fee for Mileage. Choose Turo to avoid standard rental, with additional fees it would detour business.* Overall great simple process!
