First time visiting Vermont and this rental definitely made the trip even more enjoyable. The car was clean, feels brand new and matched the photos exactly. Communication with Kyle was excellent throughout, the car was delivered right on time, and check-in was smooth and hassle-free. I also needed to change the drop-off location from hotel to the airport and he gladly accommodated my request. Overall, it was a great experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to rent from him again. Highly recommended!

Amazing rental! Highly recommend Michael’s vehicle. Spotless and extremely well maintained. Michael was also a great communicator throughout. Easy drop off and pick up from BTV Airport. The entire rental process was smooth from start to finish. The pickup location was convenient and easy to find, communication was excellent throughout, and everything was exactly as described. The CRV worked out great and had great has milage. We drove all over and loved the trip. We had a tire issue in the first 2 hrs of the rental and it was fixed immediately. Look forward to renting from them again

Shane was great to work with! We had a medical emergency that precluded me being able to make the trip. He helped me with the process to enable another team member to pick up and return the car. They enjoyed the car. Loved Turo. My pastor said "this is the way to go!".
It was a really good car. We never got the Apple Play to work even though it said it was in the options on the car itself. And it was definitely too small for our trip. We ended up running to Walmart to get a roof rack. We have four kiddos so with the third row seats up, there was no room for even one suitcase. Overall, it was a really nice ride and Jeff was a great host. He helped us get reimbursed for a car seat seat. We had to buy because it was not available at the pick up place. We never had any problems with the car and even though it’s 149,000 miles on it, it drove perfectly well.
We had a great trip. Very easy to pick up and drop off the car, with great communication. For us, it was a good opportunity to try FSD, and we were very impressed. Plenty of charging options in Burlington and throughout Vermont.
