This was my very first time using Turo, and from the jump, Kyle made the entire experience incredibly easy.
He was super communicative from the moment I booked and made sure I had everything I needed to complete the process. Most of the communication was right through the Turo app, which made everything simple and convenient.
On the day I arrived, Kyle sent me very clear instructions on where to find the car, how to access the keys, and everything else I needed to know. He even provided an umbrella, which was a really thoughtful touch!
The car itself was SUPER clean and practically brand new. It drove great, had a full tank of gas, and — most importantly for me — had Apple CarPlay. As a tourist driving through unfamiliar areas and up into the mountains, having CarPlay for navigation definitely helped take some of the stress out of the trip.
On my return day, I really wanted to wash the car and leave it exactly the way I found it, but because of my own poor planning, I simply ran out of time. Kyle was completely cool and understanding about it.
Overall, this was easily a 5-star experience from beginning to end. Everything was simple, convenient, and stress-free. If this is what using Turo is like, I’m completely sold and will definitely be using Turo again.

We had a great experience renting Kyles 2026 Nissan rouge! The car was clean, comfortable and drove smoothly. It was perfect for our trip. Kayle was also very responsive, helpful and made the whole process super easy.

Unfortunately, circumstances changed unexpectedly and I was no longer going to be able to provide the vehicle for the dates of this reservation. That said, I made sure to provide a substantial amount of advance notice—2 months and 6 days, or 67 days before the scheduled start of this trip
The Rogue was great! So clean, Perfect size and great gas mileage. Kyle the host was amazing. He left seamless directions to get the car and was so quick to reply with any questions I had. It was so much easier than going through an agency. Thank you, Kyle!
