This was an amazing vehicle and experience. Very clean, smooth, and fast haha. The host Jared was amazing and accommodated my trip very well. He dropped the car off to me, earlier than my reservation, which was amazing. Then, I had to leave San Diego early and couldn't make it back to the pickup spot, Jared as amazing as he is, met me at a different location to pick up the vehicle. 5 stars for SURE Jared. You were amazing.

Amazing and best hospitality from when I picked up the car, fast responses. John was flexible on me picking up the car an hour and 30 minutes earlier. Forgot my license in the car and he was cool enough to find it for me and give me a chance to pick it up. Car is extremely clean, amazing amazing rental!!! The vehicle drove like a cloud and was incredibly smooth, comfortable, and reliable throughout the entire trip. Both my girlfriend and I felt very safe and secure the whole time, which made the experience even better. I’m also very happy with the host. They were extremely communicative, responsive, and helpful whenever we had any questions. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Our experience with Vlad and the 2026 vw atlas was perfect. This was the first time using Turo. Based on our experience with their customer service this will most likely be our last time. They cancelled our initial reservation less than a week before the pickup date. While they refunded our payment, they would not even consider helping us offset the cost when were forced to reserve another higher cost vehicle within the same proximity and timeframe. The agents are highly-trained at reciting their terms and conditions. Escalation was a futile exercise. They claimed they would respond via email which they didn't. I had to reach out twice via phone. Moral of the story is... All is good with Turo, if there are no problems. Renter beware!
