The car was in good condition and it drove good. Only had a problem at the beginning with the host, he arrived 40 minutes after pickup time because he was unaware the car was being rented that day.

The car did not have dog hair as it was detailed before your trip. The car was a bit dusty outside, however the vehicle has complimentary car wash at Soapy Joe and it is free for you. I offered the wash but you stated it was not a big deal - you will run it through Soapy Joe yourself.
Unfortunately, we were late that day, which is rather an exception - we are all-star hosts for a reason. We hope you have better experience with us next time
