Our experience with Vlad and the 2026 vw atlas was perfect. This was the first time using Turo. Based on our experience with their customer service this will most likely be our last time. They cancelled our initial reservation less than a week before the pickup date. While they refunded our payment, they would not even consider helping us offset the cost when were forced to reserve another higher cost vehicle within the same proximity and timeframe. The agents are highly-trained at reciting their terms and conditions. Escalation was a futile exercise. They claimed they would respond via email which they didn't. I had to reach out twice via phone. Moral of the story is... All is good with Turo, if there are no problems. Renter beware!
