This was the perfect SUV for my family of seven, it was our trip to Disneyland, everyone on board was comfortable, even with a car seat in between two passengers, there was plenty of room, even better, there was still a lot of space for our luggage in back, and with seven people, there was plenty of luggage...all in all, from picking up this SUV at the residence, to bringing it back, the process was many times better than my experiences with Rental Agencies, very simple and most of all very courteous, I would recommend this rental from Mark and his wife 100%.
Brent was highly communicative and easy to work with. His 4xe is a truly awesome Jeep as well. Overall great experience.
Erik was super helpful and friendly! Very accommodating! The 4Runner was awesome! Can’t beat California with a moonroof and a rear window that rolls down! Feels almost like a convertible : )

Being that this was my first Turo rental it was definitely. a great experience .
Andrew was on time for pick up and drop off, vehicle was clean, big enough got a family of 8 to travel long duration (Texas road trip) and roomy.
It was also a good experience to see if a Toyota Highlander will be the best fit for our family.
Will definitely book with Carl again the next time I need a big SUV.

Great car, easy to drive, good acceleration, lots of power going up hills, big enough for four adults and three small children. Car seats in the very back were very hard to buckle in however.

pick up and drop off easy. washed, vacuumed, and ready to go on arrival. the vehicle itself is in great condition. As long as you’re comfortable making stops to charge and wait while you’re charging then you won’t have an issue! We took it to Phoenix and the stops were great for kids to get out and stretch. There are plenty of chargers along the way.
Ruben car was clean and gets decent gas mileage and he is pleasant to communicate with and returns messages in a short amount
