This was the best car for San Diego! It is spotless and seemed totally new. The entire rental process was seamless and Mauro was an excellent communicator.

Sabi was the perfect host and the VW Tiguan was the perfect rental for our needs. Family of 4 visiting family in the SD area and this was exactly what we needed. Enough trunk space for 4 suitcases (2 large, 2 small) and even has a third row that allowed us to take some other family members as well. Gas mileage was awesome and that’s definitely something you should consider in CA (gas prices are insane here). I filled up ONCE after driving a whole week! And even then, I still had a quarter of a tank left. Sabi was an excellent host and was very understanding with flight/schedule changes. A lot of Turo hosts could learn some lessons in consideration from him. The only thing that was not ideal was the pickup process, but that's not the host’s problem but more of a City of San Diego/Airport issue as they don’t allow Turo’s on site, which is ridiculous. Overall we were very happy and looking forward to renting from Sabi again.

Eric was great and very easy to work with. Car was in excellent condition. All the carseats and everything we needed was good to go. Eric even went above and beyond and delivered the car to our location after we put in the wrong address to begin with. Luckily it wasn't too far off, but he saved us! Would definitely rent again when we are back down there!

Car functioned as advertised. Speakers not working but that is indicated in the advertisement. Great price, easy pickup and dropoff. $18 cab ride from airport to the lot for pickup. Great experience all around. Could have been a bit cleaner but no big deal. 👍

First time using turo and it was a great experience. The car is a great size- we easily fit two checked and two carry on sized rolling suitcases in the trunk. Drives smooth and well cared for vehicle. Host was very clear with instructions and communication was great. They were flexible with the pick up time when our flight ran late. Would book again.

The car was great! No issues whatsoever other than the expensive gas prices of San Diego haha. Host was great and very responsive. Pick up and drop off process were easy to follow.

Beautiful car. Was clean and in great condition, car seats buckled in correctly, and great for our family trip!! It was able to fit luggage with some Lego stacking, so if you have a large amount of bags, might be a tight fit. Otherwise communication and pickup were a breeze and would rent again!

Abraham was very helpful as usual! And we made a mistake in our reservation but he was super kind about it! The cars are always delivered in excellent condition. Looking forward to our next ride!

Bass was an amazing host and the entire experience was smooth from beginning to end. The RAV4 was great, very clean, and exactly what we needed for our trip. Communication was excellent throughout the whole process, and both pickup and drop-off were easy and convenient. We also really appreciated that he provided the car seat we requested, which made traveling with our family much easier. Everything was well organized and stress-free. We truly appreciate the experience and hope we'll be able to rent from Bass again in the future. Highly recommend!
