Car was clean and easy to use. The issues we had were when picking up car it was on a road with multiple cars on a long road and it was hard to find. When asking for help I was given a vague response of just look along the road. I felt the response from the Turo owner were abrupt and not friendly. I did however received over 20 messages before the trip, and day of trip ending. It felt overwhelming as there were so many reminders and rules. I have used Turo many many times but this felt like an abundance of messages and not the clearest information on pickup as their were over 100 cars on a road and made it hard to find considering I am not a local.

Before your arrival, we provided a direct Google Maps link with the exact vehicle location, GPS pin, license plate number, and a map screenshot. Since multiple vehicles are parked nearby, checking the license plate is important. Our automated messages are intended to make pickup easier.
