Enjoyed the car. It drove well and quickly became easy to use. We enjoyed the space and the power sliding doors on both sides. The air conditioning cooled quickly and the kids enjoyed the ceiling vents. Overall, would rent this van again.

It was a great car and the Host was very helpful and gave great support.
Everything was as expected with the car. Bryan was very quick to respond and kind. I did have a hard time with installing one of the car seats, I could not get it locked in tight enough because the straps to hook to seat hooks were not provided, so we had to use the seatbelt.
We had a great experience renting the Kia Carnival! The vehicle was clean, spacious, comfortable, and drove really well. It was perfect for our trip, especially having plenty of room for everyone and all of our belongings. The pickup and drop-off process was smooth and convenient, which made everything so much easier. The host was very friendly, helpful, and responsive throughout the entire rental. Communication was easy, and everything was exactly as described. We really appreciated how simple and stress-free the whole experience was. I would definitely rent from this host again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, comfortable, and family-friendly vehicle!
