Minivan rental at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX)

We had a great experience renting a mini van from Ryan. He was very responsive and clearly answered all of my questions before our trip and had accurate and easy instructions to follow once it was time for our reservation. I was traveling alone with 3 kids and it was still easy to manage the pick up and drop off. The shuttle was located right outside of baggage claim, we only had to wait a couple of minutes for it to come and the drive to the parking lot was probably less than 5 minutes away. Quick and easy and I greatly preferred it to having to wait and deal with a car rental agency. The car was in great shape, clean and had no smell or added scent to it which was appreciated.

This was my first time renting a vehicle, and I have to say my experience was amazing! From start to finish, everything went smoothly and I couldn’t have asked for a better rental experience. We loved how spacious this vehicle was. It comfortably fit five people, and after folding one of the seats down, we still had plenty of room for an ice chest, three large suitcases, lawn chairs, a collapsible cot, and several extra bags. It was the perfect vehicle for our out-of-state road trip. I really appreciated the extra features, including Bluetooth connectivity, charging ports, and a phone holder, which made the drive much more convenient. The A/C worked great—so well that our passengers were actually cold! There were also plenty of storage compartments in the front, which I loved because it helped keep everything organized. The vehicle was very clean, reliable, and reasonably priced. Pickup and drop-off were easy peasy, and the host was responsive, kind, and helpful throughout the entire process. The pickup location was okay but a little sketchy. I’m assuming it’s a convenient spot between different cities, and it definitely wasn’t a reason for me to rate the experience any lower. Overall, I would absolutely rent this vehicle again for another trip and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a spacious, comfortable, and reliable rental!

Renting this van was one of the best moves for my trip to visit my brother in Arizona. The airbnb with a pool was nice but not having to wait in line and be hit with a bunch of charges at a car rental company was even better. I would use Turo every time! Thank you Barry for everything!

Fantastic rental! The Toyota Sienna was clean, comfortable, and the drive was so smooth! It was the perfect vehicle for our family. There was plenty of room for everyone and all of our luggages. Grandma and the kids were comfortable throughout the trip. The hybrid fuel economy was excellent, and all the features worked flawlessly. I was a little worried about traveling during Arizona’s extreme summer heat, but the air conditioning was outstanding. It kept the car cool even on the hottest days, which made a huge difference during our long drives. Angelo made pickup and drop-off incredibly easy with clear communication. I really appreciated his clear instructions. Everything was exactly as described, making for a completely stress-free experience. I would absolutely rent this Sienna again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a spacious, reliable, and comfortable vehicle for exploring Arizona.

Car was clean and got the job done, I appreciate not needing to wash either because our rental was on a dirt road. Would rent again!

Excellent car and host! The Sienna was super clean, fuel efficient and provided a smooth ride during our family trip. Giovanni was very helpful throughout my trip and sent very detailed reminders and tips regarding the check-in and check-out process. Pickup and drop-off at PHX airport was super easy. Car was very roomy and comfortable, handled nicely and got good gas mileage, was able to fit my cargo and my family in with some extra space left, definitely was a perfect fit for my needs, highly recommend for a family needing a larger vehicle for a trip, my hostess was very helpful with any questions I had, had a great experience with her, will definitely use her again in the future for another trip, thank you!

Host was great, Honda’s don’t do the best in extreme heat (AC struggled), but great car.
