Minivan rental at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX)

CJ was awesome! He helped me with all my questions about using the app and even assisted me with changing my reservation dates. He always responded promptly to my messages and was incredibly friendly throughout the entire process. This was a great experience, and I will definitely use Turo and rent from CJ again on my next trip. Highly recommend!

We had a great experience renting a mini van from Ryan. He was very responsive and clearly answered all of my questions before our trip and had accurate and easy instructions to follow once it was time for our reservation. I was traveling alone with 3 kids and it was still easy to manage the pick up and drop off. The shuttle was located right outside of baggage claim, we only had to wait a couple of minutes for it to come and the drive to the parking lot was probably less than 5 minutes away. Quick and easy and I greatly preferred it to having to wait and deal with a car rental agency. The car was in great shape, clean and had no smell or added scent to it which was appreciated.

This was my first time renting a vehicle, and I have to say my experience was amazing! From start to finish, everything went smoothly and I couldn’t have asked for a better rental experience. We loved how spacious this vehicle was. It comfortably fit five people, and after folding one of the seats down, we still had plenty of room for an ice chest, three large suitcases, lawn chairs, a collapsible cot, and several extra bags. It was the perfect vehicle for our out-of-state road trip. I really appreciated the extra features, including Bluetooth connectivity, charging ports, and a phone holder, which made the drive much more convenient. The A/C worked great—so well that our passengers were actually cold! There were also plenty of storage compartments in the front, which I loved because it helped keep everything organized. The vehicle was very clean, reliable, and reasonably priced. Pickup and drop-off were easy peasy, and the host was responsive, kind, and helpful throughout the entire process. The pickup location was okay but a little sketchy. I’m assuming it’s a convenient spot between different cities, and it definitely wasn’t a reason for me to rate the experience any lower. Overall, I would absolutely rent this vehicle again for another trip and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a spacious, comfortable, and reliable rental!

This is the best Turo host we have ever had. For so many reasons. We had multiple complications with our trip and they were over and beyond about working with us. We had a family emergency and we will always be grateful for how they handled everything. If you are choosing between cars this so the best host for sure.

This is the family car! The van is well maintained, and set up for ease! Justin and his crew are on top of everything! The van is so spacious with so much storage! The kids loved the DVD player and how much space they had not being on top of each other. If you have ridden with kids, you know how space is the most valuable commodity. This van has it in droves. I opted to add the roof rack attachment for additional storage and it was so helpful and a great place to store things out of the way. I had a really late/early pick-up and the host made sure to upload a video really early so I had time to watch it and ask questions before the trip even started. This is a really great car and a really great team. I’ve rented now a couple times with them and a couple things I feel really excited to share: they are super responsive, someone is available at all times, they are very accommodating and helpful, any requests or questions I had were handled and anytime they could do anything to help, they did. The vehicles are clean. Easy to locate and easy to drive. 10/10 experience.

It was great, it took my family and I to do our business with family out of state. The vehicle helped me save on a lot of gas.. although I left when the vehicle needed an oil change. Wasn't an issue to us, we loved the van, it helped with our long trip.
