We had a great experience renting a mini van from Ryan. He was very responsive and clearly answered all of my questions before our trip and had accurate and easy instructions to follow once it was time for our reservation. I was traveling alone with 3 kids and it was still easy to manage the pick up and drop off. The shuttle was located right outside of baggage claim, we only had to wait a couple of minutes for it to come and the drive to the parking lot was probably less than 5 minutes away. Quick and easy and I greatly preferred it to having to wait and deal with a car rental agency. The car was in great shape, clean and had no smell or added scent to it which was appreciated.

Alex was awesome. My reservation was approved expeditiously! He communicated the instructions perfectly. The vehicle was exactly as the picture. The price and mileage was perfect for my needs. I would definitely recommend coordinating any up coming trips to Az with Alex. Thanks again.

Car was clean and ready to go. Owner was quick to reply following booking as well as making us aware of issue that came up just before our trip. Wanted to confirm we would be comfortable with vehicle. It was a joy to drive… and gave us the ability to test drive for 5 days. Dare I say this SUV family likely to be going back to a hybrid minivan for our next vehicle. Thx again will rent again if we do not buy one before next trip.

Pickup and drop-off were easy, and the host was friendly, responsive, and great to work with throughout the trip. The van drove smoothly and had plenty of room for our family and luggage. This is the family car! The van is well maintained, and set up for ease! Justin and his crew are on top of everything! The van is so spacious with so much storage! The kids loved the DVD player and how much space they had not being on top of each other. If you have ridden with kids, you know how space is the most valuable commodity. This van has it in droves. I opted to add the roof rack attachment for additional storage and it was so helpful and a great place to store things out of the way. I had a really late/early pick-up and the host made sure to upload a video really early so I had time to watch it and ask questions before the trip even started. This is a really great car and a really great team. I’ve rented now a couple times with them and a couple things I feel really excited to share: they are super responsive, someone is available at all times, they are very accommodating and helpful, any requests or questions I had were handled and anytime they could do anything to help, they did. The vehicles are clean. Easy to locate and easy to drive. 10/10 experience.

Cher was excellent as a host. She even called me prior to my trip to make sure I selected the correct pickup/ drop off I had intended. She was easily accessible with questions. The car is a 2016 but it fulfilled its purpose of the trip and had zero issues. Clear instructions were given for pickup and drop off. Would definitely use this host again if traveling to AZ again! Also was very happy with the price for the length of our trip.
