Van was clean and process was easy but I have rented over 20 vehicles from Turo, but this is the only one that requires that you pay the additional minimum of $20 per day for coverage…..on top of the already $122/day booking charge….Even if your own insurance will cover you driving another vehicle. That would’ve been fine if I would’ve known that before I booked so I could’ve had the opportunity to decide if I wanted to pay an additional $20 a day, but it wasn’t made known until after I already paid and scheduled the booking and because I had booked it the night before and there was such a small window to cancel, in order to cancel and rebook another vehicle I would’ve been charged a cancellation fee. I spoke to Turo and they said it’s because the host has required it because the vehicle is considered premier. This is a six-year-old minivan. Those additional fees need to be disclosed upfront to the customer.

Such a great experience! The van was super clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for our trip. Everything worked perfectly, and it drove great. The host made the whole process easy from pickup to drop off and was great to communicate with. We couldn't have asked for a better rental. We'd definitely book again. Highly recommend!
