This was the 1st time I used Turo and I was a little worried on how it was going to work out. However, Rosie was very helpful and understanding and made the experience easy. I was a little confused about were to pick up the car and how to open the lockbox, but she responded quickly. The car interior was clean and it ran smoothly, the exterior was a little dusty due to sand storm, but only Mother Nature has control over that. Overall it was a great experience.

Start button wouldn't work unless the key fob was used to start the car. The uconnect head unit would also randomly cut out while driving.
