The host went above and beyond for convenience—they literally picked us up right at baggage claim when we arrived, and when it was time to head home, they met us right at departures to take the car back. It completely eliminated the usual airport rental hassle. The car was great, but the seamless pickup and drop-off service made it a 10/10. Strongly recommended!

Jeff and his team were great at communication and offered a lot help whenever we had a question. The car was in great condition and comfortably fit our family of 5, three large suitcases and stroller. Two things to keep in mind: To pick up and drop off the car required taking a 10-15 min shuttle to and from the car. They did a great job explaining how to get there and get into the car, was just a bit of additional travel. One other thing to note is that they do not offer car seat rentals.
