This was my first time using Turo and I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I am glad I took a chance and found Serhii’s van! The pick up was convenient and the car was dropped off right at the airport. The car was clean and provided me with enough space for all of my suitcases. The car had all the car seat attachments (latch/tether anchors) I needed for my kids car seats. Serhii was really easy to work with and very responsive when I reached out about a minor problem. The car handled well and was great for all my needs. I highly recommended Serhii and his van!

Pick up was great and the car was clean. Lots of space- we fit 5 adults and luggage easily. We had a small issue with the car needing a restart in the middle of the road, and then the check engine light came on. However- the host was quick with replying and helping us with possible next steps. Overall the vehicle suited our needs!

Communication was great, it made the whole experience seamless. Everything was just amazing the process was smooth. I was able to navigate easily and the timing of the response was also great!
