Trip was great. I mis calculated the size of the van for my needs. But I made it work. Its one of the smaller cargo vans. But what's really important was that Jonas Auto was understanding of me bringing vehicle back late due to a unplanned event. He was an effective communicator and responsive when necessary. Vehicle was great and came with all the tools for moving bulky items. Would rent again.
The host, Mr. David was very accommodating and helpful. We had no problem with the van, except for the middle seatbelt on the second row. Overall, the van was well prepared for the trip. Thank you very much!
The car was incredibly clean and in great condition. There were eight of us, and we had a very comfortable trip. It was wonderful how well the owner maintained it—it felt just like a new car.

Renting the Honda Odyssey 2024 through Rez Auto Corp was my 10th Turo rental ever and was my easiest & simplest Turo experience yet! The host John was communicative, quick to respond, and provided perfect instructions for pick up and drop off. He also included pictures of the pick up location which made finding it in the airport garage a breeze. We were easily able to grab our checked luggages and head directly to the car to start our vacation! The Odyssey was spotless, spacious, and had modern features which our family enjoyed throughout our vacation. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ AMAZING Service! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10 STARS if it were possible! Vehicle worked great! Smooth and spacious for a party of 8 including our sports tournament gear. The "EZ Pass" was a HUGE bonus to get up, down, and all around town toll free! Huge cooler was a nice addition. CURB SIDE SERVICE was PHENOMENAL!!! I've been using Turo the past 5 years - NEVER met a nicer, more accommodating host. We were caught in the LaGuardia shut down and Liang was super responsive and incredibly generous in supporting our flight change last minute. Price was BEYOND reasonable! Will definitely look him back up when back in the city next year!
