First off, the caravan was in excellent condition—clean, well-maintained, and perfect for our needs. As a family traveling with three car seats, I was relieved to find ample space in the interior. The seats were comfortable, and there was plenty of room for everyone and our luggage. Driving the Caravan was a breeze. It handled beautifully on the road, making our long drives enjoyable. The sliding doors were a game changer for getting the kids in and out easily, especially when parked in tight spots. The rental process was smooth and hassle-free. Mindi was welcoming and informative, ensuring we had everything we needed for a great trip. Mindi even provided recommendations for family-friendly attractions, which made our travel planning easier. Overall, I had an outstanding experience with this rental and would absolutely rent the Dodge Caravan again. It’s a perfect choice for families!

I wish I could give Han and ChunHe ten stars. I had the most fantastic experience renting from them. We had an absolute disaster of a flight into JFK, it was delayed for 8 hours, but in 30 minute increments. My flight was only an hour, so I know this was a horrible inconvenience for Chunhe, who was meeting us at arrivals to deliver the vehicle. At midnight, I watched all the passengers around me freak out because their big chain rentals were cancelled, but ChunHe kept in touch and was there waiting for us when we got in at 1:30am! Pick up was seamless, he handed us the keys and we loaded up and left. The car was in fantastic condition. I always rent Honda Odysseys when I travel because we have one at home so I know my 4 kids' carseats fit in them, and this one was in the best condition I've seen. They also have a cable that allows for apple and Android auto, which was amazing because my husband and I use different phone types. Dropoff was seamless. It was SO NICE not to have to drop the car off at one of the parking lots, instead we pulled up to departures, unloaded, and handed the keys to ChunHe. I seriously wish I could give more stars because it was the best turo rental I have had. We will definitely rent from them again on our trip next year!
