Overall, I have to give this 5 stars because the host was WONDERFUL and accommodating. The car got us all pretty deep into Virginia and back up it with no mechanical issues at all. It was so roomy and nice for my 4 children, and the host provided us with car seats at a very affordable rate which was a huge help. However, The car wasn’t the most nice looking thing we’ve driven. The paint job looks home done, if that’s something that matters to you. Otherwise, the pros definitely outweighed the cons.

Car quality was excellent. Clean and roomy. Pickup location was great, near my home. The host was awesome, very accommodating.
It was exactly what we needed - used it to move 5 large boxes and luggages. It had plenty of space and drove well. Lots of safety features and air conditioner worked well in this summer heat. Similar to others, picked up at IAD and was reimbursed for the parking fee. Pick up and drop off was easy and clear. Note to others, the lockbox code is in the "location" section of the app, which wasn't intuitive to me, but worked well.
The car has been a blessing. Inside, I found some things in some compartments, but I left them there. The car worked very well.
We have rented from Maaz twice now and had great experiences both times. His Town and Country was perfect for our party of six. Pickup and dropoff were very easy.
