Very communicative, car was easy to find and good

From start to finish, this six week rental for my daughter’s family of six was splendid. Syed was a prompt and accurate communicator. The Sienna behaved perfectly and is in beautiful condition. We chose to briefly park a second car at Syed’s home, which is just 15 minutes from Dulles Airport. It was very convenient, and saved us some bucks if we had parked at Dulles.
All in all, I saved money and received the car as was advertised. I’ll work with Syed again in the future!

Good overall. There was an issue with the remote battery being low or loose but that could happen with any rental.
