Van was in good shape for being a 2019 and the price was well below other rental companies. Some small dents and scratches but well worth saving hundreds of dollars and not having to deal with mainstream rental companies. Vehicle had a very clean interior and the host Marvin was immediately responsive and understanding to anything we needed within minutes. If you’re looking to save hundreds off a mainstream rental company this is the way to go.
Renting this van was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The vehicle was absolutely spotless; easily one of the cleanest rentals I’ve ever had. It was obvious the owner takes great pride in maintaining it, as every little detail had been thought of and nothing was overlooked. The van drove perfectly, was exactly as described, and made our trip stress-free and enjoyable. Communication was excellent, and the entire rental process was smooth and hassle-free. The car did what it needed to do and got us to and from our destination safely. The radio isn't the best and the car seems to have difficulty when going up hills , or getting up to speed. Again, no overall, great experience and the Host was really nice.
