If I could give a zero I would. The car broke down, we asked for a refund because we had to rent a car and drive from Chat to Nash and that was 185.00. We asked Luis to refund and he didn't. I would NEVER rent this car and NEVER rent from Luis. I'm usually very forgiving if the host takes care of their issue. Luis is a VERY poor host and if you rent from him, beware. He KNEW the car was junk (see prior reviews) and he didn't let us know and clearly didn't fix it. AGAIN, NEVER rent from this guy. Not honest, told me he would reimburse me and he didn't. Poor host. Terrible car. Beware.
