Car sucked flat tire
We are so sorry that you had a flat tire during your trip. We work really hard and diligent to keep our vehicles in great shape. This car had brand new tires installed about 30 days ago. But it is unfortunate, that you ran over something not long after you picked up the vehicle. It punctured the tire. But it is Turo standard policy that while the car is in the guest possession that you were responsible for the vehicle.
