Van had a nasty shake and was hard to drive at highway speeds

The van was clean. Fit our crew comfortably and lots of room for luggage. Gas mileage was impressive. My kids are asking me to get a van now. Everything was wonderful.

Vehicle rented was a 2024 Honda Odyssey minivan. We had 8 people in our group and each of us had one carry on sized suitcase as well as a backpack and the vehicle fit us perfectly. The process for picking up and dropping off the vehicle was explained thoroughly and even had videos showing how to do each. The vehicle was immaculate and in great running condition, and the hosts were very responsive when it came to communicating. Would definitely recommend and looking forward to renting again.
