Based off of the age of car, location, car features and price I believe this is one of the best deals on Turo. The rental process went smooth from pickup to drop off. Matias took time to make sure all my accommodations were met. I would rent again in a heartbeat.

We had an excellent experience renting this minivan. The vehicle was very clean, both inside and out, and it was extremely comfortable to drive and ride in, making our trip much more enjoyable. One of the biggest highlights was that the minivan is a hybrid. Fuel consumption was surprisingly low, which helped us save a lot on gas during our trip. It was great to have a spacious family vehicle without worrying about high fuel costs. My first Turo rental. Process was easy and secure. Nad’s 2018 Transit 250 cargo van was very high mileage but was in good shape and got the job done (~2,100 mile round trip). Host was responsive. I would rent from Nad again.

The car itself was great, clean, spacious, and comfortable enough for our group of 5 adults and 2 kids. It worked perfectly during the 5 days we rented it, and the host was responsive and easy to communicate with throughout the trip. The only downside was the pickup and drop-off experience. The pickup location, Sunrise Parking near LAX, was inconvenient. We had to wait around 45 minutes for the shuttle to pick us up after arrival. Returning the car was even more frustrating. The staff at the front gate told me it would be at least a 30-minute wait for the next shuttle and suggested I walk back to the airport instead. I ended up walking about 15 minutes, which fortunately worked out because I had already dropped off my family and luggage beforehand and had enough time before my flight. Otherwise, this could have caused a major issue. I’m leaving a 5-star rating because the car and host delivered a great experience. However, Turo should address the transportation issues related to this pickup location, as it impacts the overall rental experience.

First time using Turo instead of Hertz (I have President’s Circle), and honestly there’s no comparison. This was so much easier. Great communication from the host before arrival, super clear instructions, and pickup was right in the airport parking garage—no shuttle, no rental counter, no waiting. Drop-off was just as easy: parked at my terminal and walked out. Amazing experience. I don’t see myself going back to traditional rentals.

First let me say, Innocent was a very good host. It was a first time for both of us, he for hosting, and me for renting from Turo. I could not ask for a more pleasant experience. The vehicle was immaculate and very comfortable. We picked it up at the time agreed from a location that was a short distance from us. Innocent described many of the features and ensured I had no questions remaining. The fact that it was a hybrid was the best feature. It had a full tank when I picked it up, and took less than three gallons of gas to restore to a full tank when I dropped the vehicle off. Innocent had mentioned he generally put premium gas in it to try and maintain it in the best condition. However, he made clear premium gas was not required. Well, because of how well I was treated, and the great overall experience we had, I filled it back up with premium. Even with current gas prices in California, it was a minimal expense, given the fuel efficiency. Honestly, the worst part of the whole experience was some hiccups with the Turo account and app, but Turo helped rather quickly via live chat to correct them. I definitely recommend using Turo, and if you are lucky enough to rent from Innocent, do not hesitate.

The 8 passenger van was picked up at a good and of ease location, and instructions given by the host made it easy to start the rental process once arriving to the van. The van was clean and full of fuel. No problems with the vehicle during the trip. The roominess in the vehicle was great for a big family road trip with a lot of trunk space. The host(s) were great with communication and response time with any messages to them. Would recommend using this host to family and friends.
