Luxury car rental at George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH)

Excellent experience from start to finish. The Tesla Model X was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. Pickup and return were simple, and the host was responsive and easy to communicate with throughout the trip. The vehicle drove great and made the trip very enjoyable. I especially appreciated how smooth the entire rental process was. I would definitely rent from this host again and highly recommend them to anyone considering this vehicle.

The owner and this vehicle were fantastic. We drove it to Florida and back, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. The truck was spotless, modern, comfortable, and drove incredibly smoothly. We felt safe and confident throughout the entire trip. The owner was punctual, responsive, and made the rental process effortless from start to finish. I highly recommend renting this vehicle and can’t wait to take it on another road trip soon!

The pick-up was smooth. If someone is new to Tesla more instructions should be given out. I rented two Teslas on Turo and the experience was a bit different. If someone is just trying a Tesla for the first time- it’s not as easy as renting a regular car, so for all Tesla renters, there should be more instruction provided to the renters. I needed to download the Tesla App to be able to use my phone to open the car and use the vehicle. Because I was out of my own area and needed to get my password, I was told by Apple that I had to wait 1 hour to get my password, for security purposes. Good thing I had my lap top with me and was able to get my Apple password without the wait. Coming out of the parking lot it was supposed to be pre paid. It wasn’t and I was quickly refunded by Turo. I just paid to get out. Not a big issue. I also needed to return the car earlier and the host was accommodating to the change in plans. Overall the car was in great shape, life happens but I was able to adjust and make the experience a good one.

Vehicle is fast smooth n fun however Charging is a pain and doesn’t work with Tesla chargers, pickup at the Ecopark is extremely slow and frustrating.

Amazing host and an amazing car! The 2026 Tesla Model Y was clean, drove perfectly, and made my Dream Con trip around Houston so much more enjoyable.
