Because they asked, we took photos of any potential blemishes associated with the car, which is really a benefit to me so we don’t have any issues with regards to who did what. Everything ended up being super simple, both with the rental process and the vehicle itself. The host's directions were clear, so I never had any questions or issues. Car did what I needed it for, got me from A to B with no problems. Mo was informative and timely, making pickup and dropoff a breeze. Plan to pickup within a half-mile of the posted address—Mo gives another nearby address ahead of time based on last dropoff, so just plan based on that one. Watch that gas mileage, it’s a guzzler on city roads but good highway.

First delivering me the car at the airport was a huge plus, then my flight changed meaning I’d have a few more hours in DC after- AFTER checking out of the hotel. This host, Omar, extended my Return for 2 hours so I wouldn’t be stuck in the airport for 6 hours. As I was telling the good young Brother whom delivered the car, I just becamea Turo host in Arizona. 2025 Elantra. Hadn’t booked my first trip yet, however, I know how I’m going to treat my clients- better than the best experiences I’ve had as a client. I’ve had some bad, very bad- horrible- Turo experiences. Five stars for this Prius. Pickup was smooth and the car was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. On the road it handled better than I expected — steady and composed on the highway, easy to maneuver in tight parking, and quiet enough that longer drives never felt tiring. The fuel economy was the real standout. I averaged 51 mpg over the course of the rental, which meant far fewer stops than I’d budgeted for and a noticeably cheaper trip overall.
The vehicle drives well. I am grateful for the host’s accommodating nature. Notably, I was required to extend my stay by an additional day, and the host graciously reduced the price by a small margin for this extra day.
Great experience renting from Harir! The car was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described.
