Because they asked, we took photos of any potential blemishes associated with the car, which is really a benefit to me so we don’t have any issues with regards to who did what. The cars are always clean and the price to rent is so much more affordable than the ridiculous prices that the big Rental Car places charge. From this point on, I will always check with Turo before anyone else because of their Customer service, affordability, and Quality!

I really appreciate you letting me rent your car. The car was great and worked really well for all of my errands. The pickup was a little confusing at first, but he was very understanding and said he would take some money off for the 15-minute wait. He also let me keep the car for a few extra hours, even though my rental was originally supposed to end at 8:00 AM on Sunday. He extended it until 7:30 PM, which I really appreciated. The car was also great on gas, and I have no complaints. I would definitely book with him again!
