Accommodating…I had to get the car delivered last minute and they made it happen which I really appreciated

Pickup location was delayed but once I got connected to the company the issue was resolved very fast and handled well

Good communication but I couldn’t use it, I wanted to cancel but was not possible
Hello so the car was parked and ready for your trip you wanted to cancel 1 hour after what your original pick up time was. As mentioned this is something you would've had to deal with customer service and should not be on us.

No smoking allowed
Smoking in any Turo vehicle will result in a $150 fine
