Rural roads may have fewer streetlights, so ensure your rental car's headlights work well. Speed limits typically increase outside the city, but always adhere to posted signs. When renting a car in Warren, consider your planned routes and choose a vehicle that suits both urban and rural driving for maximum flexibility and comfort.
