Great overall experience

The car was great! There is a weird film on the windshield, it looks like condensation. Headed to return the vehicle right now as I had to be connected to wifi to submit this. Would definitely ride in thie cehicle again!

We picked up the car late. When we got there we had to wait another 30 minutes for the owner to show up with the key and boost the car so it would start. Upon returning the car we were running late which is a problem but mind you. We got the car late. Time started at 4:30 but we didn’t leave with the car till after 5:30. The owner was texting me at 4:35 telling me we were late. lol yes we were but we got the vigilante late. Had to get the vehicle booster once while we had it. Something flew off a car in front of us and scratched the bumper. The bumper that was already damaged and clapped on the passenger side already. The owner changed up with a $1900 estimate to repair an already damaged bumper. I am disputing the $500 that Turo took from me for this fraudulent claim at this moment.. it was a poor experience from the beginning.. should have never taken the car when we got there. Shame on me. They probably never get the bumper repaired like they didn’t from the previous incident that caused the bumper to be detached from the vehicle in the first place. 😢
Hi, thank you for your feedback. I did not charge any late return fee—my message was only a reminder that Turo may apply charges for delays. The bumper already had a pre-existing issue on the left side, which I did not include in the claim. However, there was additional damage to the front bumper and grille after your trip that was not there before. As a goodwill gesture, I also chose not to include the headlight, which is a costly part. I always try to be fair and responsible ,I appreciate

Car had a funky smell. Interior windows have a thick film that was hard to clean off even with Windex. Bright lights did not work and neither did cruise control.
No issue with cruse control. About the smell. I sent the vehicle to detail cleaning
