First of all the host was amazing anytime I tried to get in contact with her she responded ASAP and the jeep had a little sound to the front of it so I let her know and she was so nice that she let me swap cars out since I had to take a out of town ride she agreed she’s very much helpful it was my first time using this app and I am glad I did business with someone so nice as her… and also I booked the appointment the night before I think at 10-11pm for 8AM pickup the next morning the pickup was very easy the car was Parked on a street nice area she just put the keys in the box and send me the code within a couple of mins from me finalizing transaction code therefore I just walked up put the code took the keys she’s very nice thanks you for everything 🙏🙏
I had an amazing experience renting this SUV. It was super clean upon drop off and one of the most cleanest vehicles I had rented off Turo. Vehicle drove smooth and did not give any issues. Car made a weird rickety sound when driving but other than that, no issues! The renter was very responsive!
