This was my first time renting with Turo. My daughter compared car rental rates to Turo's rates and there was a big difference. So we chose Turo and went with a 2023 Toyota Sienna van for a week. It had more than enough room for five adults. The no contact pickup was pretty simple. Communication is all done via email or the app. Once on the road I felt a little spoiled with built in GPS and many safety features including a backup camera. Plenty of device connections for all our USB charging. Apple carplay too. I don't have any of these in my 2014 suv. The gas mileage was excellent. We figured we spent close to $200 for well over 1000 miles. I would've preferred to have unlimited miles but I know that would've cost us more in the long run. I definitely wouldn't hesitate to rent from Turo again if we were to do another long road trip.
