Giving five stars to the host who provided a clean car,, professional, and courteous, and did as much as I believe he could. . Just know that the app seems to have some bugs and almost always works well, but almost isn’t good enough when one of those issues is about how much money is being taken from your account being double but your host is saying it should to extend your rental a day.. and do not trust that white text just below where you type your message as you enter your request for extension that reads “You'll only be charged or refunded if your change is approved.” That may be true for some host., but your host may have a setting switched so that these are automatically approved. You’ll know this because if you type a message into the message box requesting that whoever is reviewing for approval to adjust the pricing to what the host told me it should be before charging, and if this can’t be done, then please DO NOT APPROVE This request”, you will see that your “request” was approved and charged instantly. Ask your host honest like this one for me say something like I didn’t even review it, they get approved automatically. Then if your persistent enough and have the time to chase down a customer support rep to hear your issue and relay all of this, their response wil be “well yes it was approved before you were charged…” you might reply with, well who approved it,? How could they review it so quickly? And how did they miss the message I wrote, in the box where you ask customer to write messages relating to this request they reviewed and approved? They will know they’ve been cornered with logic and escalate the call to either an hang up on you or if you’re even luckier to get through to a level up in authority who may possess the answers to these questions and have ability to help? You won’t be told that, just you would hope that’s the reason they say they are transferring you.. This person will probably be very skilled at deescaltion techniques and has earned this role because of an incredible ability to use the 50 English words they know, they will demonstrate an honestly admirable level of acting like they are doing everything they can to help you,. Which is not good, but it doesn’t matter it doesn’t have to be.. The lesson you may gather from this experience is that winning is not about who’s right or wrong, or more prepared to show it, the key to winning every time is JUST KEEP GOING! Unfortunately I learned that afterwords cause she railroaded my ass just by continuing to say words that meant nothing and ended up with her just trying different combinations and orders of the words that she knew cause she ran out things she could say that might sound like a response. It doesn’t actually matter when no one is there to actually have to answer to anything.l maybe the most disappointing part of this experience was the lack of an attempt to even pretend like they are trying to do anything aside from avoid you until you go away. And if you had any bit of hope left that they would email you after the call to escalate to the next tier of management who will sure be surely be invested in their business enough to make sure they quickly resolve this very simple and clear issue with undeniable proof that a customer was double charged according to what they should have been as stated by to hosts expectation of price, nor the expectation about the series of events involved in submitting this request would happen before being charged. You would think they would just want to give you the $37 back to finally get you to go away. But, this too, won’t happen. You won’t be emailed,, your host can’t help you, Turo will continue operating just as they do, and life goes on with your $37 having been taken to some bank in the Philippines. Still maybe a better route and def cheaper than renting from Enterprise.
Very easy. I love the fact he had free car wash and cheap to fill back up

Amazing little 2014 car, full of features and super gas efficient. The host, Slava, was helpful and responsive. Handed me a clean clear with a full tank. I’ve driven 2018 cars with less features than Slavas’ 2014. Awesome experience. Will book again if needed. Thank you.
