This was hands down one of the best Turo experiences I’ve had! The host was incredibly responsive, professional, and made the entire rental process smooth from start to finish. The vehicle was exactly as described—clean, well-maintained, reliable, and drove perfectly. Communication was excellent, and any questions I had were answered quickly. Pickup and drop-off were easy and convenient, which made the experience even better. This is the second time I have used this host and I am not exaggerating when I say that the bar has been set high thanks to the phenomenal customer service provided. When you take into consideration the cleanliness and quality of the vehicles, I’m not sure I will be able to find another host/car combo that comes close to what she provides. This suv is spotless and literally brand new without a single thing to complain about. Well, I can say that there is one thing that I’m less than pleased with, but I can’t really fault the host with the disappointment that comes with having to drive my own car again 🙄 And I admittedly have been the most annoying renter this time around changing my trip and not being able to grasp the concept of punctuality, so I can’t even imagine the type of experience one might receive when they don’t suck lol.

I rented this Kia Optima from Thursday through Sunday and everything went perfectly. I had a great experience with this Kia Optima. The car was spotless, comfortable, and ran perfectly the entire trip. Gas mileage was excellent and it handled well on both city streets and highways.
